The Conference Room is available for meetings of up to ten people. There is no charge for the use of this meeting room if Bethel-Aspen is providing accommodation for three or more of Conference guests.
The Conference room is also available for rent to companies or other agencies needing a quiet and pleasant place to meet. Use of the dining facilities are included in the cost of a rental.
Rates for use of the Conference room
$50 for a morning, afternoon or evening
$80 from 9am - 5pm
$100 if evening is included
